I’m just curious - is that how to estimate a 40? Essentially, divide the 100m time in half ans take about 2 seconds off?No. He ran a 10.9 100m which means his 40 is likely in the 4.45-4.5 range. Still really fast.

DVD ran a 10.7 coming out of high school and he ran a 4.2 at the combine. The 40 is more about quickness and this kid has it. Also he is a football player and not just a fast guy. He has ball skillsNo. He ran a 10.9 100m which means his 40 is likely in the 4.45-4.5 range. Still really fast.
Also I think that 10.9 was from his junior year.DVD ran a 10.7 coming out of high school and he ran a 4.2 at the combine. The 40 is more about quickness and this kid has it. Also he is a football player and not just a fast guy. He has ball skills
That’s as a junior so 4.4 is probably true now. With proper training I could see a 4.3 at the combineNo. He ran a 10.9 100m which means his 40 is likely in the 4.45-4.5 range. Still really fast.

This. Depending if he runs track this year and how good program is, how serious he takes it, a good goal would be 10.6-10.7 range for him.. Which is cooking before leaving high school for a football player.. For reference Hester was like a 10.6 guy and Travis Benjamin was a 10.4Guys get faster is college. And he’s not a stick either. Decent size coming in
Not necessarily, I ran a 11.2 and in the 200 it was 22.1 but my 40 was 4.53 laser, it's entirely possible, just not likely.No. He ran a 10.9 100m which means his 40 is likely in the 4.45-4.5 range. Still really fast.
How much faster do kids typically get from HSJr to HSSr year?Curious to see where he ran a 10.9, but that's serious for a HS junior.

He ran a 4.38 HH time and that was coming off an injury. I'd say he runs in the high 4 . 4's electric. He has great speed.I saw an article that reported his time in the 40 was 4.38. Anyone know if this is the case?
Cribby.......talk to us!
I really don't know. It was a genuine question. I know there are a bunch of track-focused dudes on the board. Didn't we have someone who constantly posted all players' or prospects' track times?Agree. 9th to 11th? Sure, big jump. 11th to 12th, eh not so sure.
