Not gonna lie I'd rather Clemson win, us obviously, beat FSU, and then face off against an undefeated Clemson team in the ACCG
this is the best scenario for you guys

Georgia is a national title contender and couldn't survive at Clemson. FSU most certainly will not either. Their D is suspect while Clemson's offense is elite. not a good pairing for the noles.
I agree w/ everything except UGa being a national title contender.... i dont see it right now.
Who do you want them to beat to show they are. They already beat the next best team in the SEC east. They beat LSU which a lot believe may upset Alabama. They look legit. It's not to say other teams don't, but lets not act like Georgia is out of the picture already. There are only a handful of undefeated teams I would put over them right now, and the only other 1 loss team at the same level is TA&M and LSU imo (1 of which they beat already).
I think Fsu is so over rated that no matter how bad they lose to clemson they will still be ranked pretty high. With the way the rankings are now, Fsu should lose that game, so I don't see them dropping much anyway. Doesn't really matter, as long as we beat them in Nov, and then Clem in the ACCCG.

is your hate clouding your judgement? fsu's 4 games so far look just about as good as anyone's to me.

No it's not. The comeback against BC was good. But to allow BC to take control like that. Do that with Clem, the U, GA, Bama, LSU, Oregon, Stanford...etc, you're not coming out of that hole.

fair point. i only looked at the box score.
but two road wins against bcs opponents in 4 games is just as good as anyone.
the home win pct for bcs teams is about 80%.
yeah they play a lot of cupcakes, but 80%.
the overall win pct of bcs team is close to 65-70%
so any team that beats two bcs teams on the road in 4 games...is doing pretty good.

I agree with you that they are a very good ball team...it really pains me to say that. I don't agree with all the hype of an unproven QB (although he is living up to that hype) and I also don't believe in all the hype of a team that lost how many to graduation and the draft? They are talented no doubt. The only thing I was meaning by them being so over rated is that regardless of how bad they lose to Clem (who is a legit #3), they won't drop much in the rankings. And I guess they shouldn't really. Clem is solid and Fsu is lower ranking than Clem.
