I can’t judge the kid too harshly. I know I’ll get slammed for saying this but I‘ll do it anyway - in this current environment where so many young men are trying to slay anything that walks by and far too many are disrespectful to women (with actions or words), I can’t judge a kid who’s prioritizing a personal relationship over other things, even if the reason might have as much to do with immaturity or fear as anything else. I don’t know him or his situation, so I can respect it. While I don’t think it’s best for his career and has a low probability of success, the only person who has to live with his decision is him.

I don't give a **** if a kid chooses another school. I really don't.

I care about immaturity and game-playing and ******* around with our coaches and then expecting UM to bend over backwards to accommodate him.
