It won't change our day from either aspect. When it's all said & done it's taken with a grain of salt. It doesn't hurt you though to not just blindly disrespect someone just because you think they said or did something stupid. Agreed they should know we aren't breaking ground until all money is in place. But the fact that they either don't or forgot that detail is pointless. Wouldn't it have been just as easy to say it's been the plan all along to break ground once all donations are secured... it's just as simple brother. But it's Kool. No argument here. They probably started the permit process months ago. Unless they had to wait on some type of site plan approval from the City of Coral Gables first.

From the beginning they were thinking summer 2018.
The articled states an expected construction timeframe of at least 14 months.
Figure a year and a half.
If we get this funding set by April 1, the team will be using the facility September/October 2018.
(I can't believe the BUC only cost 48 mil.)
