This is one of my issues with this site. It seems like this site keeps giving platforms to those who have been vocally opposed to things that Miami has done. This board keeps complaining when they say something on twitter but then they get a microphone from this site.

There's really nothing to talk about this kid wants to be a corner we want him as a safety.. I respect the staff for keeping it real with these kids most of these schools are lying to this kid telling him hes going to play corner when they really want him as a safety and he will be looking to transfer to Miami in a year or 2.... this kid is selling himself short by playing corner this guy could be an elite saftey prospect....

One of the things that caught my attention is that Chad said he has not had any conversation with the UM staff with regards to Quincy's recruitment and that was a mistake.

Did you get a sense if he meant it was a mistake on his part or the UM coaching staff?

Considering Chad played at UM, is Quincy's dad and defensive coordinator, I believe, he should be proactive and ask Golden or someone on the staff what is going on.

No. Chad obviously thinks that Quincy deserves a Miami offer. Which in my opinion, Quincy does deserve an offer, but that's why Golden coaches and I write.

If The Don coached as well as you write/interview he would have been fired 3 games in.

I dont think Quincy Wilson plays as fast as he times. I predict two things will happen with Quincy Wilson:

1. He'll be converted to Safety at the college level.
2. He'll sign with a lower tier SEC school (like Vandy or Tennessee).

Why do you think he will sign with a school like Vandy or Tennessee?

Because like Jordan Cunningham, I dont think the top tier schools have him rated as highly as the recruiting sites do. We shall see but I suspect he'll sign with a lower tier SEC school or a school like Louisville.

That is because we're Miami fans, we're enlightened and educated. We have the dumbest fans, the worst moderators (see Ferman) and no control.

I'm sensing a trend here. There's expressed hate for Harris, Luke and now Chad, but not for St. Thomas's coach whose DT went to Urban Myer last year, Moten to Gators this year. Their WR this year has and offer but no commit or K. Clarks coach? At least top talent kids form those hated Coaches have had kids come to the U. In fact you can say St. Thomas' coach has had the greater negative impact since Joey Bosa and Moten play a position of DESPARATE need DT! Just trying to quantify your rationale for hating certain coaches/ peoples.

Well two of those three have said negative things about the program and the other one had said some perceived negative things about the program that is why people are ****ed. Other coaches in the area have not opened their mouth

Luke has expressed his "love" for the U and that he was ****ed that their wasn't more focus in recruiting SoFL, Miami in particular. ****! Who wasn't. Yet we got out most coveted DT from where? Northwestern after he de-commited to Bama. Coach Harris has stated the riff, that Miami started, by withdrawing that kids schollie on State Champ celebration day, has been mended. Despite their statements you want us to believe in your psycho analysis? Why can't you accept the fact we can't get all the kids, that they change their minds and that it not necessarily the HS coach thats behind some conspiracy to destroy The U from his secret lair behind the grease board.

I think top tier schools have him rated higher or about the same as most recruiting sites do. Not saying they are right but he is a take at a lot of schools.

I suspect USC OSU South Catalonia ND UF UCLA would all take him right now

I certainly hope there is more to it than that, from my conversations with the kid he genuinely wants to be a cane. I think he should at least get an offer, he wants to play CB take him corner if that does not work out move him to safety

You don't want to burn bridges especially with an alumni and a coach in the area. Chad earned an explanation because he played here. Golden is not above criticism, I honestly believe that he is making a mistake by not offering the kid. He is talented, and wants to play for the canes.
