Those plays were being called because it was part of the strategy. The intent was for the running back in the offensive line to grind down the defensive front hence buying cam time long run. Hence opening up the passing game when it's all said and done. That was the strategy That's what he wanted to do and considering we were in the number one offense and college football I'd say he had a pretty good strategy

I agree instead of being the #1 offense overall and one of the top 10 run games I think we should have tried to be better.
