It's great to see that they're instilling a culture where the players really care about the program, and not so much about just going to the league.

I know it's a small sample size, but very cool to see a lot of Golden's recruits (Bush, Tracy, Chick) hanging around the coach's offices.
 
Golden is a great coach. I can't wait until our new facilities are finally finished and we get this NCAA crap behind us. Guy is doing the best he can with what he was given. He is not perfect but he is a great fit for the U in my opinion. He needs needs more time to get this ship right, hope people don't start jumping on him after a few years. We are in a crappy situation and people need to stay calm and realize this guy is doing the best he can considering. Love the inside look these videos give.

Made the ACC championship game with a roster full of freshmen getting huge PT. Is well on his way to fixing the dumpster fire left him by the previous coaching staffs (upgraded talent, improved conditioning, improved attitude, etc.). Made Temple relevant. The jury is still out on whether he's a "great" coach, but the evidence is there to show that he's well on his way.
 
All I know is that Alonzo Highsmith loves him and he doesn't pull any punches on how he feels. He's seen the practices. He knows how hard the team works now. He just has had nothing to work with and he's been under a cloud from the NCAA, which is finally about to go away.

He is a great coach, did I say he is the ZOMFG11!!111 can do no wrongz GOAT greatest coach on earthz better than Satan Saban? Based on what he's done so far I would consider him a great coach and a great fit for the U. He did well at UVA, made Temple actually relevant, and won the coastal division (something we haven't been able to do for 8+ years in just his second year). Plus facing NCAA douche baggery from everyone and still keeping it together. These vids were Golden's idea, he is selling the U and if you don't think that's something a great coach does then...
