Jimbo also did do or say a thing about it. In the cover up to his eyeballs. A year for cops and state attorney to get around to admitting anything happened, and a couple days to decide nothing to see here-- usually jury decides guilt or innocence. Jimbo and the school might be more guilty than Rapeist. Nixon didn't leave office because of the break-in, it was because of the cover-up. These boys protected their title hopes. The two players actually talking will be sacrificed, **** they might even throw Rapeist to the wolves now to protect Jimbo from the feds.

THE PENDING FEDERAL INVESTIGATION FOR THE TITLE IX COMPLAINT FILED BY THE VICTIM WOULD BE AN INTERESTING READ....BUT DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THE FINDINGS ARE NEVER RELEASED AND THE COMPLAINT GOES TO MEDIATION WITH A "GAG ORDER" IN PLACE TO WELD IT SHUT....I DON'T THINK THE VICTIMS' INTENTIONS ARE TO TAKE DOWN F$U....EXPOSE THEM? The other article, written by a faculty member, about the FSU football culture and academics is jaw dropping.

Unbelievable really, except that it's probably all true.

Amazing that articles like this come out, saying essentially, "the fix is on," and nothing happens with the NCAA.

when all said and done


1. FSU will not be hit with by the NCAA unless there is something very big that nobody knows yet
2. Winston worst case will get smacked by the civil suit but no jail for him unless again there is something we don't know yet
3. no matter how you spin it.. it is something negative.. but i don't see Jimbo using this as a excuse and most likely recruit just as well.


FSU, the DA and the police department effectively took cleaned up the rape and made sure the program wont' get hurt. Life is s_hitty sometimes but it is what it is
