I honestly think we could be misreading the Campbell situation a bit. Hard to tell bc the kid keeps it real quiet. He has been to campus more than a handful of times. He knows Miami and what UM has to offer. Kid posted his UGA pic in uniform from the visit, but if you look closely, the kid had U wrist bands on. Kid wore the U wrist bands all this season...I am feeling Bullish and I'm going with that we get all 4 of the 4 Horsemen from AH.

Very sensible post. Hate it with Campbell but he and family never led anyone to believe that he was anywhere close to being a Cane lock. Wish him well. I always felt that Surtain was more possible then Campbell. His favorite team LSU has a lot of uncertainty in its short term future but who knows. Bama worries me for him and Silvera. I don't care for players like Silvera. I wish that we were in a position to pull his offer. He should have signed with the players in December. I don't care how good he thinks he is he's not in the same class as Lingaard, Pope, our two tight ends, Scalfe and others. To have to spend additional time to cater to his nonsense in my opinion is an affront to the kids who committed. I'm going to get a lot of flank from the board on this but we are not losers anymore we won ten games and were one game away from being in the mix. He may end of here but he could have started being a good teammate in Dec.

It will be interesting to see how the staff handles situations like this moving forward. Early signing period commits who waiver on their decision. I don't like him not signing, and I agree he shouldn't be wasting the staffs time. But I disagree about his talent, I think he's a 5 star talent.

But I respect your opinion and am anxious to see how things play out!

It is as long as it's one of the 10 on-field positions. Front office positions like QA, Recruiting coordinator, etc.. wouldn't allow us to get Surtain.

I’m all over the place. Only guys I’m confident about is Nesta, Chatman, Ezzard, and Chatfield...and if all the hurricane CB’s Briggs got last week stay put then I’ll be confident in Briggs but right now I’m not. I will say this though, Surtain reminds me ALOT of Tracy Howard and there’s a ton of smoke IMO. We went from struggling to get an OV to being in the best shape to grab one out of all the teams still left according to AI...that mean a crap ton.

I’ve worn hospital bands for 2-3 week after getting out of the hospital because I forgot I have them on.

has NEVER to my knowledge shown ANY positive vibes toward Miami.In fact he’s been quite the opposite.Going to meet Saban and Kiffin instead of coming to campus.Missing every recruit function that would have allowed him to mingle with the coaches and what would be his new teammates.

I respect Rattler a lot and I think most all of us do and if this kid wasn’t family there would be a thread as long as **** tears cutting this kid to pieces for his actions.If this kid shows up on the 26th I’ll say that might be a 50/50 chance he comes but I don’t expect him.

We just need to finish with Nesta( and the poster that said we should pull his scholarship is completely nuts).Kid just might be the most important kid in the class.

I think Briggs ends up a nole IF they want him but it seems they might have cooled on him.Hope they have.
