big difference between the globetrotters & img. #1 they play the most talented teams in the country annually because it's the only way it's competition. #2 they win like they do in spite of the coaching & the egos involved. Not sure whay makes them horrible to watch per say so I'll just leave that one alone. With all that against them they still just win... nothing rigged here. Give children credit when it's due... doing what's done here is like al golden winning a national championship.

I'm not really sure I follow this statement. One thing is impossible, the other is incredibly probable considering there is not another school they could face with the % of d1, and not just d1 but power 5 athletes lining up against them.

To call it an all star team is under stating what this school is, everyone should expect them to win every game.

That is just wrong. With the fact that we face the best of the best a good number of them are just the same. Most positions we have lil to no depth at because only kids on free rides are basically starters... out of our roster about 65 to 70% of them won't be going anywhere. Not sure what makes st thomas,bishop gorman,mater dei etc. Any different from us.

That is just wrong. With the fact that we face the best of the best a good number of them are just the same. I am not going to discount the value of depth, or pretend that star ratings are the end all be all of talent.

But really, they are not the same, and it isn't even close. In the upper class, IMG has more 4+ star athletes than the three schools you just listed COMBINED. The numbers for upper class 3 and 4 star players? BG: 7, MD: 12, ST: 17, IMG: 33


They are not the same. And really, it isn't even that close. IMG is a massive talent favorite against anyone they play. They SHOULD be winning all these games. Congrats to the kids for doing what they should be doing, I suppose.

They start by indoctrinating these kids at a young age into the IMG world. If they can set up this fake school and manage to eventually sign a few of these kids every year to agency contracts they are ahead of the paper game.

Chise the two have nothing to do with each other. Img agencies is completely separate owners and all. That's the same way I saw it at first. Simple logic. Just establish the relationship at a young age. Pay dividends on it when players come of age.

UPDATE... central was backing out of the game but as of yesterday we were told well figure it out & the game will happen. So there's that. Personally my feelings are were simply being told that because they are trying to control the transfer problem I told you about. Guess we'll see in a week. Can't delay it to long if no actions took.
