Also, am I the only one skeptical of JUCO kids? Last one (Chase Ford) didn't fare so well. Someone tell me I'm wrong.

Be a glass half-full guy. Instead of comparing him to Chase Farts, which is a terrible comparison anyway, compare him to another JUCO guy--Jeremy Shockey. Shockey worked out OK for us.

I want to be. Trust me. We just haven't done well with JUCO kids of late. Darius Smith, Ford, etc. I have faith in Al - he's light years ahead of Randy and Coker and I'll chalk up recent failures with JUCO guys to those two.

You just have to get past the Coker/Shannon failures. Those guys failed almost every kid Juco to freshman in their tenure.

Al and Co have done wonders in coaching talent up, just look @ some of the guys presumed dead, that turned things around this past season.
