If you could bring back one active NFL player from UM for the 2022 season, who would it be?

Would love to have pre-injury Willis McGahee in the backfield, just for one more full season to shine.

Andre Johnson for one last drama-free year.

Dan Sileo DID have a year of eligibility stolen from him, back when he was racking up sacks.

Would love to get Ray Lewis some extra victories outside of the scandal era in which he played. Plus, he could probably put on the pads today and outplay everyone in our LB room, except maybe Wesley.

And to assist the D and STs, I'd go with Tremain Mack, who also labored on some of the weaker UM teams of the 90s.
Devine Hester...would guaranteed at least one touchdown per game...unstoppable
Haven't had a productive returner in years.

Not knowing how the offensive line will turn out, Mongo would be a great add.

The dude literally has played all 5 OL positions between college and the NFL.

Easily over him. Them 2 were our most impactful defenders we have had in a long time
I agree their impact but Denzel has been one of our best linebackers in recent memory, and we could really use that this season.

Conversely we could really use a consistent pass rush.

Would rather have a dominant force on the dline. They can disrupt a game far more often than a great linebacker

Or ken as the OC lol

I'll go Olivier Vernon. Feel like got a pretty raw deal between the sanctions and scheme. When he did play, he was pretty nasty.
