If Griffin can get in...

I'm glad that we keep adding elite athletes to the squad. The types of guys where you watch a Miami game and you're like "****, that guy is a ****ing man-child." IMO AQM, Burns, Carter, and Griffin fit the bill. Odogwu might too, same with Sandland and Elder.

And Lockley.

Who cares? At the Very least we got positive pub. It's a pure prop win...at the very least. It was on the ESPN ticker ffs.

Beau is the best player Miami landed IMO. This Griffin qualifying I will believe it when he is tweeting from south beach

Can't argue too much there. My vote is for Coley but obviously that just helps out the point in the OP.

We missed in a few spots but TE and QB was a HUGE need, and landing the top WR in the state always helps. Our WR depth is good but when you face the top teams I don't think we had anyone that the secondary really worried about.

This was in the miami hearald today in an artricle about signing griffin. this seems like good news about him getting in

Shurburtt said Griffin didn’t sign with Texas A&M on signing day because of academic concerns. Griffin told InsideTheU.com he was still waiting for an SAT score to qualify. But when asked about that, a spokesman at UM said Griffin had been cleared.

“I don’t think admissions is so much a hang-up. With everything on a sliding scale, you never say never about a kid getting into school,” Shurburtt said. “You can always retake classes. I know Al Golden and his staff know what they’re doing.”

I like that we arent just writing kids off due to grades anymore. Sign and place if need be and hope for the best

He won't get in his grades are full blown ******.

He very well may not get in, but I'm even more positive that you don't know ****

Negged his *** for that idiocy.

Ho hum, ten years later still the same posts from the guy.

Does the phrase "height of troggery" mean anything to you?

In my travels, I have studied the various styles of the trog in it's natural habitat. This one in particular, is a highly evolutionized species.

Beaus's film is insane and I trust JUCO players will come in and work hard. Something about Coley I just dont fully trust but I am rooting for the kid he is so talented he makes everything look easy. Does anybody know how his grades look I heard a ton of rumors he was going to have trouble qualifying dont know how true they were though

Genron the street agent who pretty much knows everything there is to know about South Florida football, said that Coley is all set

I think most Miami fans think Coley either leaves here an All American type or a complete bust. Not much middle ground. "As good as he wants to be" seems to be the sentiment.

We saw Walford running around wide open a ton last year. Sandland as a prospect is head and shoulders above so the sky is the limit for him. I would have liked to see Fisch this year since Coley is such a huge question mark at OC, but I still have high hopes.
