His team is a run heavy team with the number 2-3 overall player in the country for the class of 2019 as their RB. He's good, could have a role day 1 but he won't. That just speaks to the talent we have at TE.

I think its all too far reaching predictions since the kid hasn't even arrived and been given a chance to prove himself. He at least deserves that before you start speculating a position change. At least we know he's not a "in the box safety".

I guess since he's "not showing up around 210-220" he's not a te. He actually puts his hand in the dirt and blocks well, " he couldn't be a te".

People around here think a te is somebody that's 220-230 pounds and fast, lines up in the slot catching passes and can't block for crap. Then gets rustled when we can't get a third and one ".

Just like when a safety shows up 200 pounds and hits well " he's obviously a future lb" , or a wr that's 6'3 210 " he's a te all day bro"

If he's athletic enough there's no reason he can't catch passes too. Just because his HS team runs the ball 94% of the time doesn't mean he can't develop into a pass catching threat.

He's visited and done an interview in the last week that said he had a great relationship with the coaches and we'll stay in his top group and we're being seriously considered
