I think Kaaya, Njoku and Thomas go to NFL

Disagree with some of you. Njoku and Kaaya would be around the 3rd round and Chad probably a 5th. All three need to stay in school and can improve their status.

Njoku would get drafted on athleticism alone but he could be a first rounder if he plays another year and beasts.

Kaya is really hard to tell. I think he could improve his stock by coming back but NFL teams go nuts right up to the draft and we've seen many examples of guys getting drafted early that were major reaches

The thought of Kaaya going in the first round is laughable. Maybe he declares for the draft regardless of where he's projected, but he's not sniffing the first or second day with the season he's had. How could anyone label him as a possible first rounder after last Saturday's performance, combined with his outings during the four-game losing streak, is beyond me.

Losing Njoku would suck, but at least it'd make sense for him to some extent. He'll be a Day 2 selection with the leap he's made and his athletic upside, even with the concentration drops we've seen. Would be big for next season's offense if Njoku stays, but he's the only one of the three where you could justify him leaving because of where he'd get selected.

There's no way Thomas should leave unless he simply wants to GTFOH.

every year this issue comes up and the consensus is that x player should stay and just about every year the x player leaves.

i think they should all stay for their benefit and our benefit, but i suspect one or more will leave.

None will go nor should go. If by chance someone does it might be Njoku but I highly doubt it. If they all come back next year with the recruiting class we have and a year under Richt's belt...watch out for the Canes!

What the **** are you talking about? Chad isnt a 3-4 end. He is what he is playing now a sde in a 4-3. Chad is not going to be a 4th round pick. He would be lucky to go 5th-7th round.

I think your nuts if you think Chad Thomas is a rush DE. Not quick enough or nimble enough. He will be a solid 3-4 end in the NFL especially when they pack 20lbs on him. Book it!
He would need to pack on at least another 40 pounds to be a 3-4 end at the next level. They're usually 300+. Is more of a sde in a 3-4

Research the 1st overall pick last year and simmer down. It's very simple. Kaaya is a top 5 qb prospect if he goes in the draft and many teams need a qb. That's how he goes in the first. Can also see some of the guys ahead of him dropping following their pro day.

I say no.
- Kaaya needs another year and he knows it.
- Thomas. If he graduates in three(Unlikely) he would go. Remember he loves music more than football.
- NJK has a b other coming in and he needs to work on his hands.

We don't need Njoku and he can leave. It would be nice if he stayed but UM is fine talent wise at tight end. Hard to see him staying because he is a very interesting prospect. NFL love pass catching tight ends. I hope he comes back.

Chad leaving would hurt because of what he brings. So I hope he returns.

Brad leaving would be a huge loss. Having a 4 year starter at QB is special.

Kaaya is the kind of young man that loves school, and he doesn't have any pressing financial reason to go pro right now. I think he stays, knowing full well that if he continues to improve in this new system, he'll be able to potentially end up with Top 5 money. Njoku has first round measureables, but his film doesn't even remotely look like a 1st round TE. Chad on the other hand, I don't know if he gets a high enough grade to justify him leaving early. Chad would benefit from another year of Coach Kool, two years of good film would make him a ton of money.

Golden already tried to make him a 3-4 end and he struggled to carry the weight. Sde isnt counted on to lead the team in sacks. Chad is good vs the run as well. He could play a long time as a guy who can give you 7-8 sacks as well as a good run defender. Learn football first before you comment.

Lots of other guys like
Jackson
Harris
Bethel
DJ
Garvin

I think Kaaya would go in the first round, if only because NFL teams are desperate for QB prospects with any type of real potential. I think it's up in the air if he goes though, he seems like a kid who wants to win before he leaves. That's what I hope at least. Njoku will probably leave, in my opinion.

Kayaa in the first would be a reach at this point. The other 2 might not get drafted if they left early.

Njoku gets picked on raw talent alone but he's had his share of drops. Clive Walford was more consistent and more well rounded. coming out. Njoku has a really high ceiling down the road. He should come back.

Look how hackenerg played his last 2 years in college. He was 10 times worst than kaaya and still went 2nd round. Nfl teams that dont have qbs are desperate to get them. Christian ponder was a top 10 pick, ej manuel went like 12th, tannehill had a 2nd round grade and went high first round.

This is a weak qb class and kaaya definitely still can go 1st round. He has struggled and still is completing 62% of his passes with 19td passes and only 7 picks.

I agree but with Mike jr and Henderson UM would be in good hands if Njuko left. But would def want him back.
