Hes not faster than Chaney or Fleming
He out weighs both by 30+ pounds and i guarantee in a race they arent really pulling away from him.
He definately is easily faster than Hodges and Flagg.

I dont know man...the current staff arent the best LB evaluators. Manny historically isnt the best...we shall see. They made others more of a priority earlier as alot of the guys were in that East vs West junior game (Florida) that they either saw or scouted. Then they doubled back. They focused out of state more earlier. When they double backed early int he spring..what do you know there is a 6'0 225 pd kid tearing up camps. Then they offered.
We are/were in play with alot of big timers at LB like Flowe, Simpson (Nc) the board is constanly changing. A lot of guys they were in on early i never liked much like Mccluster for example. Last year they were all over 6'0 180 pd Solomon...im constantly confused on their recruiting. I loved the Huff and Brooks takes though
Previous staff was focused on bigger LBs.Offering him late never made any sense given our situation. We are losing 3 starters and have zero proven depth behind them. This kid is 220, runs a 4.54 40 time, a 4.40 shuttle, and a 31.50 inch vertical leap and we waited to offer him... smh. This kid should be at Miami.

On another note.... NOBODY noticed his 40 time is .02 behind Avante Williams'! Williams is a track guy and won Paradise Camp's Fastest Man competition. The future at LB is bright if we can lock him down

Definitely an Evil Twin. My other account PorknBeanCane is locked.
He has yet to play LB but you like him at LB smh.. meanwhile, Flagg is ok tho but he’s a tackling machine that HAS ACTUALLY PLAYED LB pretty **** good. Ok gotcha. He's 6'2 220, Has good coverage ability, recognition. And wants to be real good a leader type. He has played multiple positions and is flexible.
Plays on the best program in florida year to year. I dont know alot of reason's. He and Hyppolite are the best in south florida.
Especially Enos and Barry.Well said. I think salvaging the '19 class (and assembling a staff) was the priority.
that would be a problem with most players, but Wingo is different. He is super athletic, shows instincts, and can cover well, he does all the things that a usual prospect in his situation would be suspect at very well.He has yet to play LB but you like him at LB smh.. meanwhile, Flagg is ok tho but he’s a tackling machine that HAS ACTUALLY PLAYED LB pretty **** good. I do get it. LB is more than just being athletic, that’s McCloud. Wingo you in love with him bc he’s athletic only bc it’s no proof of anything else but Flagg is just ok but he has dominated the position. Broward and Houston are the same type of athletes and football too.He just doesnt get it. Wingo isnt really a tweener type...most of what he does translates. Its almsot like saying Glen Cook would project as abetter backer to his teammate Jon Beason because he plays in the middle at line backer, while Beason is playing rb, te, and safey on defense.
If Wingo would commit here (no shot) he's a kid that would be challenging to start as a freshman honestly.
But dont want to spend alot of time on him or Hyppolite...two kids we likely dont land or are behind on.
Flagg will do his thing, and if we get Cave they are a good pair to start with

Without pads or OL coming to knock his head off...that would be a problem with most players, but Wingo is different. He is super athletic, shows instincts, and can cover well, he does all the things that a usual prospect in his situation would be suspect at very well.
Safeties transition to LBs much better than DEs do.He just doesnt get it. Wingo isnt really a tweener type...most of what he does translates. Major difference. PA now isn’t just about jumping up to knock down a pass but it can cost you 6 if you go for the fake.Safeties transition to LBs much better than DEs do.
The have similar assignments and reads, who can cover well.
They just have to now make those reads from closer to the line, and have to make decisions quicker.
DEs just have to beat the guy in front of them, with no reads or instincts required.
Big difference IMO.
That is always eye-popping speed for a LB.Offering him late never made any sense given our situation. We are losing 3 starters and have zero proven depth behind them.
