All these visits this early are a good sign imo.
Let him have a clear idea of what these schools look like and what these coaches staff pitch.
But if just don’t see Mario waiting till nsd and leaving a spot open unless he absolutely knows he’s getting him.

Too many good wr here and nationally to slow play and then call them at the last minute cause keem went sec.

We’re not at that point yet to keep a blue chip on hold waiting to see if someone else Pulls the trigger

I think we will wait for a bunch of players til the end. You want the best of the best? More often than not you will have to wait.

This happens every spring. All these south florida dudes do the road trip show to all the big schools and rave about them. Do they love these big schools and are interested in them? Absolutely. But wait till our coaches are at their practices/schools and these kids get back to Miami. Lot of time left. We won't get them all but we will get more than our fair share.

Its more so based on the fact that he hasn’t visited during spring ball and the one he had setup, he canceled.

Just interesting watching the kid visit all these schools and even some twice without visiting us this spring.

Some interesting stuff being reported on 247 regarding Hykeem. Seems there was a twitter space at some point recently - maybe last night- and Keems coach was in it talking about how Miami stopped calling him and isn't actively recruiting him. More than one person heard it. Supposedly this coach also forwarded some texts from the kid to one of the people hosting the space to show him. This is why he hasn't been back on campus and never seems to be mentioned in these interviews.

Anyone got any connections there to see if this is true???

Seems odd... @1murhurricane did say Keem likes to play with the media but hearing reports Mario told the turncoat that he was taking on Keem's recruitment personally then just ignores him? Nah.

Could be. Even then it looks like we are in it or at least calling EVERYONE so to have such a high ranked kid drop off you would almost assume it had to be off field or other issues which have not even been hinted with Keem.

By all accounts we cooled on Hykeem, Fletcher headed to OSU, Jalen Brown feeling Michigan, Cormani and Richard Young are locks to Bama, Innis is down to USC or Ohio State, LeBlanc to UF and we aren't willing to do what it takes to get Rashada. Is that about right from all the recent "buzz" and articles ha!?

Every year there is always a story like this.
There is always a player or a handler that acts like Miami isn’t recruiting the kid and it is somehow Miami’s fault.

We haven’t had a staff that is more plugged in to sofla players than we have now.
But if this is true, and that’s a big if, it has to be that the staff heard something or knows something. Sometimes these camps let the other schools Know what’s gonna be requiered to secure a commitment.

Keem hasn’t been hiding under some rock. The days of Manny and co fckng up a local blue chip’s recruitment over some dumb sht are over.

A blue chip receiver his size that has every frontrunner after him isn’t gonna be ignored by this staff unless something is up or unless this entire story is bravo sierra.

It sounds eerily similar to our coaching searches when the sky was falling and Mario was "failing" and no one wanted the positions here then out of left field we go on a run of Steele, Strong, Gattis, Addae and analyst roles filled with the best HS Coach in South Florida and a HOF DE. But no doubt we won't be able to recruit 17-18 year olds to come here or will we?
