The ncaa says hurtt "received a $2,500 loan and provided perks to Hurricanes recruits." And gave "false and misleading information during the investigation." Where are they getting this from? The convicted felon? Testimony from people deposed by perez under the convicted felon's bankruptcy case?

Hurricane Shalala will be watching these dirty ncaa clowns very closely. They can't use their gestapo tactics any more. hurtt's not going to ruin his own career. the ncaa is really reaching imo.

As much as **** Hurt sucked as a coach, **** the NCAA and their bull**** investigation. I hope he gets cleared.

I hate to say it, but if him getting off helps us then so be it. I'd love to see that clown burn, but the NCAA is the bigger fish here, no pun intended.

Besides, if Hurtt gets off here, you can count on him cheating again and eyes will be on him.

They provided a different version than the star witness for the ncaa the ultimate conman

If Hurtt gets cleared then that can be nothing good for Miami, right?

I mean, weren't his allegations the worst of the NOA? And I think he got the 10.1 (or whatever it is) for "misleading investigators."

Like someone else said, I think it was because his story didn't match the story the NCAA was given.
