Hurricane Recruits per P5 recruiting Asst

Sounds like a lot of good news there.

The more we get it done on the field the easier it'll be to pick who we want in the class.

Good to see that Nunn will probably end up in the class.

247 AI Spoke with P5 recruiting Asst,

here is what they had to say
– Jahfari Harvey is probably the best DE in the state not named Nolan Smith. Absolute stud and has a chance to make a quicker impact than Garvin.
– Cornelius Nunn might be the most unranked defensive back in state. Echoed South Florida dog. Miami in a good spot.
– Believe Braylen Ingraham will pick the Hurricanes in two weeks. Said the general consensus out there is that's where mom wants him
– 2020 guy: Jonathan Denis is going to get a lot of offers this spring.

Harvey is a more polished pass rusher than Bogle right now, he weighs more physically even though Bogle is taller.

Bogle uses his athleticism quite a bit to beat OT's, Harvey actually understands how to disengage with his hands & set lineman up for moves.

They're BOTH elite talents with very high upside & we should get both, but people shouldn't think of Harvey as just another 3-star, that kid has a killer instinct & will sky rocket under Coach Jess's tutelage.

Harvey is also definitely a DE. The jury is still out on if Bogle can be a 4-3 DE.

Especially with how quickly the staff put a lot of good weight on Rousseau (and Wiggins and Ivey).

This question really shouldn't be much of an issue anymore with this staff.
If Brian Burns is a good DE in college at 160 pounds then Bogle will play there too

Need some of these guys to commit asap so we can focus on the 5 stars. December signing period is two months away and these are the same names we've been getting updates on for months. Time to commit, shut things down, and help us recruit the neals, riques, and haselwoods of the world.

How? He’s 6’4 and over 200 pounds now with a frame to put on some good weight

He'll have to put on a lot of weight to be an every down 4-3 DE. He's not particularly broad across the shoulders, which means he might struggle to. Not saying it can't be done, but definitely no guarantee. Again, I'd be happy to have him, but Weaver is much higher for me and is a guaranteed 4-3 DE.

Nolan Smith is low key overrated anyways tbh. He’s got the size and measurables. But he doesn’t jump out on film. Got dominated against Columbia

Pretty sure they play a 4-3 at his school and he’s their star DE. He will be 6’4 250+ here when he plays. No doubt he’s a 4-3 DE

You do realize high school is much different than college? Mike Smith also played DE in a 4-3 in high school. As did Chatfield. As did Sam Brooks. As did...well you get the point.

This is Khris Bogle though. All the guys you mentioned are undersized from a height and length perspective. He is 6'5.

He's getting taller with each post. Haha. But seriously, not saying he can't be a DE, but I just disagree that he has the body to be a guaranteed 4-3 every down DE. Again, I'd be happy if he was in this class, just have others ahead of him.

Rivals camp did say he has grown earlier in the year. I dont Get why you think he is so frail, he will be 220-225 by the spring of next year and by the time the season starts 230. You know who that sounds like coming out of south Florida ? Brian burns ...
