Grilled Onions and peppers are underrated at tailgates with Dogs and burgers. I also like making a pablano pepper sauce for my grilled burgers too

Can't forget the slaw. Gotta have slaw for your dogs and brats.

Pulled mojo pork shoulders with a couple loaves of cuban bread can't be beat. There's a place on Pembroke Rd just east of Perry Airport called Temptations that will hook up a tray full and 4 loaves for around $25.
