Who are the 6 or more? I hope you are right. I also hope they are quality guys. We need bodies here and we need bodies that will be able to play. I am just not sure we are going to get 6 or more that are going to get to see much field time in the next 3-5 years. Maybe get 2-3 that will at this point.

I got my undergrad and masters from UM and paid for myself, does that mean I did more? My family has been a Club member at different levels since '92, does that also mean I did more? Technically I would have been given him money to be here for free along with all the other players.
Just cause he took the best offer for a FREE college education and was on the practice team doesn't mean he did more then a lot of us. With out us he doesn't have a place to play.

He clearly meant more in FOOTBALL than 99%...assuming as a Canes fan or alumni there was ever any dream to play college ball at UM.

I got my undergrad and masters from UM and paid for myself, does that mean I did more? My family has been a Club member at different levels since '92, does that also mean I did more? Technically I would have been given him money to be here for free along with all the other players.

Are they? He claimed that 99% of us did less for UM then this kid did cause he put on a helmet. He didn't specify football or anything else. So maybe you should brush up on those reading comprehension skills.

Settle down Smitty. Quit getting your panties in a wad so easily. Mad props to you that you were able to go to UM and receive your undergrad and Masters with no debt. It was directed at him being an actual football player for UM which 99% of the board did not have the chance too but that 99% probably wishes they had that experience.

All good bro. I was just saying a lot of us here do a ton for the school and I don't think a single person here wouldn't want to put the helmet on once and run through the smoke. I agree you don't celebrate him leaving. He did help someone get better every day at practice or in film you never know. Wish him the best.
 
Didn't Jahair Jones come from a jc? His time should be up right? Loftus should seek release as well. I thought Milo would be a player, but hey, I've lost money on better things. Mahoney may be better served to move on if he wants to ever play college ball. We maybe keeping them because we need scout team players and depth. I couldn't see being a Junior and still being a backup scout team guy. Unless I'd given up on football and want that UM Degree over Georgia Southern.

The one play that I noticed Mahoney against Duke he got metrorailed and then fell all over himself. Then he took his helmet off and revealed a fresh bowl cut. He needs to flex.

The context was clear, for someone touting their higher education bonafides, your reading comprehension is trash. Go get two more degrees so you can get caught up on the basics of the English language.
