If you have to sit out a year on a transfer, do you still take up a scholly while you sit?

I've never seen a time where both UCLA and USC are imploding - ever.

If there was ever a time to go after recruits in LA, now is the time.

There are always ball players out there - always.

If we get it done on the field (and I think we will with Enos running the show on offense), then we might be able to cherry pick some good ones from out there.

I feel like this is exactly what was going to happen here if Richt and co. had stayed.

Yes. Its just like the kids coming in from HS. They dont play as FS but their scholarship still counts towards the overall number.

It was already happening. Rick and Helton are virtual lifeless mummy clones. Thank God Rickety had some level of honor and quit stealing checks because bytch *** Fake Jimmy would have let him Helton us.

Agreed, he was a lame duck and everyone we were recruiting knew it. Think of what our qb room would’ve looked like had they stayed.

Good riddance!

That's why I couldn't understand why Richt was so against doing anything about Jon. Son or not, he had to have known the future was bleak. How exactly did he think that was gonna play out?

They weren't planning to sign a QB for 2019. They probably weren't getting Tate to transfer in. Of the remaining QBs, one was a drug test away from being kicked off the team, one was ready to transfer & one was (is) a social media time bomb. Then to top it all off, Richt's own nephew, & second coming of ****kowski, said thanks, but no thanks for 2020.

So I always wondered.. what did Richt think would happen in the end??
