Don't let the stars fool you. Tripp isn't a project. It's just rare that pure centers get a fourth star.

I think he will need a year or 2 before he can contribute. Maybe project isn't best word to use.

I think that OL should rarely be expected to contribute before year 3. Lots of technique to be learned, and lots of S&C required. IMO, those than can earn meaningful snaps before year 3 are the exceptions.

I feel you, man. But when I say exceptions, I mean those that are truly rare, like a Trent Williams or Laremy Tunsil. They simply don't come around every year.
