How Many CIS Laws of Recruiting Can Mario Eradicate?

Over the years, we have a number of fundamental assumptions when it comes to recruiting. How many of these will Mario eradicate with his relentless recruiting and which one(s) do you think are the hardest?

  1. You can't pull a 4*/5* RB from LA that L$U wants. (Citizen)
  2. You can't pull a 4*/5* DT from LA that L$U wants.
  3. You can't pull a 4*/5* DT from Alabama that the Tide wants.
  4. You can't pull a 4*/5* CB from Alabama that the Tide wants.
  5. You can't pull an elite kid from Lakeland.
  6. Elite CB's and DEs from Heritage will always make a business decision
  7. Elite CBs from Broward will always make a business decision (Antione Jackson)
  8. Can't pull an elite recruit from Dwyer. (this solved itself with Jack Daniels leaving and Al Shipman replacing him).
  9. We only get scraps from IMG. Elite IMG recruits only sign with $EC teams (Skinner, Mauigoa, Riley and hopefully more)
  10. Kids don't decommit from Clemson/Dabo and the definitely don't flip to UM if they decommit (Ray Ray)
  11. Elite OTs don't consider Miami (Mauigoa)
  12. Multiple Elite OTs definitely won't commit in the same recruiting class.
  13. Canes can no longer recruit nationally for multiple elite recruits in the same class
  14. Canes can only have highly rated classes if the vast majority of the commits are from SFL.
Also, if you can think of other recruiting taboos, let me know.

Definitely about to strike through #12, and very possibly #5.

Well that one will be getting scratched out

After a certain number of CIS pages the recruit wont come to Miami... and then cross that **** out.
I will update the OP, but what is the new #? It used to be 50 pages was the kiss of death, but didn't I hear someone speculate its like 200 pages now? Let me know.

10. Can't sign a 6'5 240lb DE that runs sub 10.3 100m.
That's more like a once-in-a-lifetime freak athlete that pre-Mario we had no chance at. IDK it's a recruiting law though.

haha.. you'll need a recruiting guru type poster for that answer. I'm just gonna hope with Mario it'll never matter again. Mario just says no to the jinx.

I updated the OP with 50 pages. I will correct if someone has the new number post Mario.

@MovingZen , found the new rule. @AtlAtty posted it here:

The standard seems to be 50 pages or less for kids we think are coming to UM
And 250 pages + for kids who are not coming to UM. The extra 200 pages are so we can figure out whether the staff sucks, other schools have bigger NIL budgets or if UM is doomed to a lifetime of 7-5 regardless of the coach, the money we have or the staff we employ.

Well, Rashada's thread is at 330 pages, but I'd prefer to have at least two recruits break through 250 before crossing it off.

Was hoping Mims would've been the first, but Norvell messed that up.

Edit: Mauigoa's thread seems to have lost momentum around 172 pages so he won't be the 2nd.

Mario is getting the commits too soon and without enough fanfare. We barely have enough time to debate.
