Have we not recruited a QB? Its unbelievable to me.

Rosier is finally gone at the end of the year.

N'Kosi is 50/50 to be on the roster.

Cade Weldon is even less likely.

Jarren Williams is apparently the next big thing but may wind up being the only QB on the roster.

The Richt's are so ****y it disgusts me.

I have to believe we land a QB. For the exact reasons you listed, the coaches arent THAT dumb/ignorant. They know the numbers and here is a high probability we end up with only 2 QBs on roster. We struck out on our target and I’m sure they are looking for a plan B. If not, almost a guarantee they go after a grad transfer.

No Grad Transfer will come here with 3 Freshman QBs on the Roster. Grad transfers are looking for a opportunity to play right away.

A couple of MAJOR f*ck ups have occurred here:

1. Jack Allison's transfer in 2016

2. The inability to develop Rosier to at least serve as a bridge to the next generation of QB's

3. Completely dropping the ball with QB recruiting this year

I'll commend Richt and staff for bringing in 3 QB's in the past 2 classes. The issue is, Perry appears to be a potato and Weldon will never play a meaningful down here. We needed to bring in 1-2 QB's this cycle to insulate ourselves from a potential transfer.

To my last point, Weldon is likely gone come spring and it's going to take a heck of a recruiting pitch to keep Perry here and compete with Jarren. I'm fine taking a flyer on a lower rated, Stephen Morris-type kid as I don't see a graduate transfer coming over to compete for a job. Don't see how that solves our problem either and may further alienate a kid like Williams.

We aren't riding with the same momentum we did last year.

The gameday crew isn't riding in for a middle of the pack ACC team. We won't end up with a top QB. At best a transfer. Likely a project. At worst we get nothing.
 
Til this day, we still got guys on here still justifying this chit. I have to believe these are either Richt’s family, trolls, or admin folks that’s trying to cover over their incompetence like they were doing back in 2014-15 w Golden.

Not going after a QB is inexcusable for the class of 19 and putting all the eggs in the transfer basket is even more idiotic. If we don’t go after a recruit for 19, then again, Richt is more interested in being right then what’s best for the program.

Evaluations are improving for HS QB’s. But all these low rated kids get drafted while playing for scrub programs. Not saying we’re getting the next Carson Wentz. But getting a kid with a strong arm, good measurables and character is better than nothing.

Yea, and MJJ will have to most likely sit next year behind Stevens and battle with Clifford who was a 4 star coming out of St. Xavier and the recruit this year.

MJJ must have really not liked Richt Jr. lol
