GRUDEN SUCKS

No matter who your team is...take have joy knowing that it could really be worse

Imagine coming home, opening the door and seeing a smiling Chimpanzee wrecking your house ...and even worse...you can't stop that smiling ******

that's how most of Raider Nation feels today.

Well life goes on...SO, how bout those Birds!! OR any other team... other than the Raiders

I get Mayock’s thinking.

All three of those guys are productive, safe players who really love football. High floor. If you are building a culture it makes sense to get players like that.

Ferrell destroyed Jonah Williams in the title game. He’s legit.

Imho he is the best of the three

I wanted Hollywood Brown but my Raiders had a good 1st round if u ask me. Now just have to get rid of Carr and find a way to get Grier

I can think of a bunch of guys that dropped because of measurables who have gone on to Hall of Fame type careers, specifically Suggs (ravens), Aaron Donald, and Dwight Freeney. Even Ed Reed dropped because of 40 speed concerns (4.57). Just gotta trust those guys to make the right picks. Your biggest problem is your head coach. No drafting out of that mess.

a 4.5 safety is now respectable lol

Loved the Ferrell pick. He has such a big upside. I know a lot of people slotted Allen there because they think he's Khalil Mack Jr., I don't see that. Allen has upside too but I think Ferrell's is higher.

Um, I don't think so. The pancake makes everyone think Ferrell destroyed Williams. I recall it being relatively closely battled all night. I actually came across this article supporting that point.

Ferrell was a reach at that spot (I think he's overrated). Mayock screwed up this draft royally.

Pass rushers don't need to win every rep. Dominant plays like this change the game.

Pass rushing production tends to translate. A lot of people though Joey Bosa was overrated because he wasn't a freak athlete, but his hand use and technical skill translated to the pros. That's what Ferrell brings.

You reinforced my point - people are projecting his upside on that one play. Big mistake. No sense in debating more abot it - time will tell!

Agree on Bosa but his hand use and technique is vastly better than Ferrell's. In Ferrell, I saw a guy who had a very limited repertoire.

They went with scheme over everything. Ferrell is a scheme fit. Jacobs has some dog in him. Abrams is a nice in the box guy. They may take a QB later in the draft. I'm a Dolfan, not taking a QB will bite us. Interested to see who moves for Rosen. Daniel Jones is Ryan Tannehill 2.0

The Ferrell pick shows the Raiders brain trust doesn't understand the draft. It isn't about love; it is about resource maximization.

You think he's a stud, OK. So you want him, OK. But you don't have to take him at #4. In fact, you can probably move down to the early double digits, safely get him with that lower first round pick, and snag, at least, a second round pick in the original trade down.

Raiders will likely go Lock with their 2nd round pick, Gruden loves him. Rumors they are shopping Carr too. Really hope the Dolphins don't get Blowsen.

Thought the Fins should have done what the Cardinals did. Draft a QB and then Draft another. Like the coach hire, not sold on Grier as the sole decision maker.
