How does Pennsylvania suing the NCAA affect our case?

In the case with the Governor of Pennsylvania the NCAA's sole hope is to argue the Governor has no standing as a party to bring a lawsuit. If the NCAA loses that there will most likely be a settlement reducing the penalties as the NCAA doesn't want discovery into how they operate.

If Miami sues they would want to avoid discovery even more so. The Penn State case has great bearing on ours.

There are vested parties in Miami willing to bring very expensive lawsuits against the NCAA. Wouldn't it be interesting to see the testimony of ex-players, Robert Marve, Kyle Wright, the coaches etc. Wouldn't it be nice to see the documentary evidence.

What happens in Pennsylvania has significance to Miami.

Disagree with what you bolded. The NCAA could compel testimony from all the former players in discovery, which they can't do now.
