He finds talent. He knows it when he see it

It's not hard to find Duke Johnson and Tracy Howard. Anybody can find those guys. But this coach digs deep and earns his pay

Now we have guys like Gaines...Davon...Shayon....and yes even ******* Kacey Rodgers makibg plays and getting better.

The UVA game showed me that we are just inconsistent. ..... and that EJ, Bush and Denzel are VERY important to our defense. Those 3 make big plays all game.

We are always going to struggle with elite OOS prospects so we need to nail down the local guys and then rely on talent evaluation to fill the roster with players.
