Me and my gf both are real burned 2nd half didn't sit in my fourth row tickets opted for upper with shade

I'm with cane show, I'm so sun burned its unreal, I'm like in shock this has never happened to me at any game and I have season tix

Well the game lasted for about 8 hours. That's a long time to be in the sun ... You guys can baby sit my kids and give me your tickets and I'll go to the next game. K

I was born and raised in Miami so I'm used to the heat. Yesterday was the hottest game I've ever been to. I am ridicously sunburnt. I was even considering going inside and watching the game on the monitors, but thankfully I toughed it out. I kept thinking of how the players with pads and and a helmet on felt and thought you have to be in great shape to play football in yesterday's heat.

Would love to attend all home games.. Unfortunately I'm 5 hours away and I work Saturday's it's impossible for me to go..

my buddy has heat rash on his chest and back from yesterday

in 2000 vs fsu, the beer and soda guys walking around the west end zone were getting raided by fans for their ice.

I'm fairly certain joe robbie is hotter than the OB on the field level, no breeze at all down there without the open end. People were dyin yesterday.

When they tied it up, it was like 'oh lawd not OT'

The FSU games were by far the hottest I had ever been to. Especially the one where they had no water/sodas/powerade. Unbelievably hot. Add to that a capacity crowd and during the peak heat of the day. Felt like my brain was fried.

alot of people were at the game yesterday, but watching the game from inside the stadium. The heat had people about to pass out!! lol

UNC in 06 or 07 was the hottest I can remember. Holy **** I thought I was going to die. I was in the band too so I had those long pants on and ****. Fuuuuuck that.

For some reason, I remember the home opener against Marshall, my freshman year, as being a ****ing scorcher. I remember actually laying down in the WEZ that day because I thought I was gonna die.

Yeah Marshall was crazy too. God**** it used to get hot in there. I think what made UNC more uncomfortable for me is I was sick too, so that **** was just unbearable. I remember absolutely no breeze for UNC, too. Still miss it though.

Smh...we all miss the old lady

FWIW, I do believe the open end in the OB did make a difference as far as breeze and all. And I know sitting in a shaded part of the OB did make a difference, blocked view or not.

the hottest games i remember were FSU in 02, FSU in 00 and marshall in that order. the heat really got bad in the OB because of the metal, that just held and radiated that heat. it was awful. as bad as the 2000 FSU game was, i think the 02 game was worse. i remember not even being able to find an ice cube once the 2nd half started.

Only game I remember hotter than FSU 2000 was the 1987 Gator game. OB ran out of ice at end of 1st quarter, and by the end of the half was out of everything to drink.

**** was hot as **** yesterday. Had to take a break and go sit in the ramp for like 30mins. Even had to throw out my JD and Coke and actually start drinking some water. I never drink water until after the game.

I hope those that are commenting about 00 FSU and 02 FSU games actually attended this one saturday. It was sick hot out there. Fat bellys all around the stadium from shirts being taken off.

I really didn't find it all that hot this week. I don't drink, wondering if that's it. Hottest I've been at that I can recall was Wide Right II. FSU 2000 and 2002 were bad too.

I dont drink, and it was hot as ****. NC State players were dropping like flies

FSU in 2000 was ridiculous as well

LOL at too early and too hot. Obviously it hurts that we don't have a huge local alumni base, but these excuses are just lame for die-hard fans.
