Hopefully FSU Gets What They Deserve

I couldn't disagree more... I hope (for Winston's sake) the girl is some psycho butthurt side piece who made up the whole thing. Not going to wish a wasted life on a kid because he plays for my rival.

Those scumbag cops fudged this case a year ago when they didn't do their job. The low lifes should all be fired. Public union cops are some of the most corrupt people on earth. Serve and protect my ***! Get rid of every over paid over perked low life public union cop in Florida!

1. the presser is a Heisman campaign PR move

2. The DA wants to come out and say something like this "don't have enough evidence to file charges"

3. The DA will also announce that the TPD will be investigated and people responsible for misconduct will be prosecuted bla bla

4. the truth will never come out...some of you that have gone to college, got drunk and went home with some girl etc..it is a situation where allot of these kids its the first time they are thrown in to this drinking party culture and they really have no clue what the **** is going on. What I ma saying this is a VERY gray area. I have seen cases where the girl was so drunk and was sill making out with the guy but the next day claimed rape and the guy was arrested and charged.

I just want justice... We shouldn't wish ill will because of a rival... Just justice... As for the Shapiro thing, no one should hold a grudge... Bush was living in a 400K condo(excuse me hi family)... Our players went to a strip club and had drinks... I ignored everyone... I hope he didn't rape her... But at the end of the day if he is guilty or innocent there is a girl who has a problem... If she was raped she needs consultation and a number of other measures to help her progress in life... If she lied she needs the same thing...

I think its ridiculous for cane fans to assume he raped the girl and to go to jail because he is a rival... Now if he's proven guilty its another story...

They are getting what they deserve. They outrecruited the **** out of us, and they are going to the BCS NC while we finish fourth in the Coastal.

I can't stomach FSU gaining another title. As much as it pains me to say, I would rather have * win the title over FSU.

I'd rather see FSU win the title than ohio state or any SEC skool, other than maybe UGA (always liked UGA).


I havent followed this case at all. Tried my best to avoid anything related to it. I dont care to follow stuff like this.

I agree totally with this. Winston cheated on his girlfriend, but how many of us did that or still do.

This is what I've been saying. If my 20 year old daughter had told me last December she had been raped I would probably be in jail but the guy wouldn't be playing any sports. Why did the father let it go this long or are they looking at dollar signs.

claim you don't want to alert winston that he is being investigated, then alert him that he's being investigated, then bury the case for 9 months giving him plenty of time to work with the "witnesses"

So lemme get this right...the STATE ATTORNEY has no integrity? The STATE ATTORNEYS office lacks credibility?? Willie Meggs is gonna toss his career away for a 19 year old kid huh? RI-****-diculous.
