High bust potential of Lingard

I'm not sold on Lingard. He doesn't pass the eye ball test and jump off the screen when I watch tape of him. Dalvin Cook jumped of the screen and so did Travis Homer. Also, outside of the tri county area,the state of Florida has a history of producing over hyped running backs.To prove my point, since 2000, name 5 running backs outside of the tri county area that had stellar college careers? I'll wait. Mark my words, this kid is over hyped!!Camryn Davis will start over him.
