Hey maudes: Can y'all make Nole Tears a sticky thread

If you unpin it the Gators will definitely do their jobs and bring it back up to the top so no worries either way.

It’s that the number of basic Recruiting updates in so many individual recruiting threads now, knocks Tears and other threads way down quickly. I couldn’t find the Nole thread recently

And this was my reason for asking D$ to pin it when I did…….the recruiting board has changed greatly ( to the better I might add) with all of Lindend’s post regarding each recruit which knocks both Tears sites down towards the second page very quickly

I would find it strange if newbies wouldn’t see them pinned here in Recruiting Forum.

Knowing posters they would probably have tougher time finding them in new Forum page.

I think both options make sense. Not having them permanantly stickied makes sense for better engagement @DMoney. For better engagement you definitely don't want tears ONLY in it's own thread, that would nuke engagement imo, because most people only use Eye in Sky and Recruiting.

So the question - and maybe aimed to @Andrew , is Can there be a thread appearing in both forums or no? Where like Eye in Sky is obviously the main one people use, but the "Rivals Tears" Forum can be used as an organizer, and just generally for discussing other teams bs.

So like we could have a thread for all our main rivals tears, and that season's opponents. Then the week of that game, that teams tears thread gets stickied to the top of eye in sky and tears forums. That way there aren't endlessly new threads being created discussing the same opponents. It can all be done in their dedicated thread. And those same threads would be active and useful for years. And they'd likely be more useful for people looking at and referencing old posts too...

Not doubting you at all. My reaction is because they actually thought that they could slide into the $EC or The B10 and their fans were killing Finebaum when he said they were not that attractive. Oh well, Big12 or eat Humble Pie.
