Herb Waters

I watched his 40 run. He has a terrible start to his run. He doesnt kick up well and I am amazed he cracks 4.6 with how terrible his start is. That tells me he has some speed to compensate for a terrible jump off the start.

But you tell me......which WR in football starts a snap with a hand in the dirt?

Kid is fast.

Well said.

I had the privilege of not only being at a camp where he dominated, but also running a few drills that he participated in. As I said then, he's not a burner, but he's smooth, he's athletic, has good hands, and he has a lot of heart and a great attitude. Kid will be a locker room leader here, a kid who will thrive under pressure, and will be productive. He has a little Reggie Wayne to him, IMHO. I'm really happy we took him.

Herb Waters has the highest ceiling to make the jump as a #1 type WR, amongst all our other receivers. Kid is a natural born playmaker and he only needs to gain more strength. Although he doesn't have Hankerson type size, he has a similar make up.
