Herald tidbits on the game

Freeman is a butthurt ****** and IIRC, Luke pushed him to FSU to get away from Miami.

I must've been on something but I thought fsu had some question marks at OL entering the season.

Their OL isn't that good. Winston has masked some of the struggles of their OL but he has been sacked 15 times so far this year.

Who the **** has fsu played?

No one just like us.

In terms of what? For them to get this much hype? They've blown everyone out (averaging 52.6 points) with the exception of BC including the #3 team at one point, Clemson, and #25 Maryland. For analysts to make opinions about their players and ours? You can just watch the games and see that there is a talent gap, specifically on defense. I don't think much of this matters tomorrow but let's not act like we're world beaters while FSU hasn't proven anything.

This is funny our defense has not been the problem if our quarterback gets back to where he was last season our offense will have crazy numbers, who would have thought. We had almost 600 yards against unc

Thats kinda far fetched. Not that good, are you kidding? Overall FSU's offense averages 8.2 yards per play. When an offense averages that much, a huge amount of credit HAS to go to the OL. Sacks don't mean crap, not with stats like that, not when an offense is doing that kind of damage to opponents. Im all for a win here, but have to be realistic. Forget about sacks...take a look at the point FSU is racking up EVERY game. Morris is going to have to have "game of his life" for us to win. I hope he does.

I spent last night watching scoring drives etc of the U and FSU. Im not gonna pretend like many are, we are about to play what clearly is one of the best teams in the nation, the real deal, period. Forget about sacks...take a look at the points FSU is racking up EVERY game. Oh and guess what, with one exception, NO ONE is putting up any real points agains them (their first team). Thats the cold heart truth, like it or not. Morris is going to have to have "game of his life" for us to win. I hope he does.

Clemson, bruh. They may very well turn out to have been overrated, but it was a quality road win.

I have our guys winning tomorrow, but FSU's résumé up to this point is superior to UM's. The Canes will win by wanting it more and just straight up beating FSU, a la the UF game.

Dont know bout that. Clemson opened the season with a win over #5 Georgia. After losing to Clemson, Georgia followed up with wins over #6 South Carolina, and couple weeks later a win over then #6 LSU. Clemson beat a very healthy Georgia early on, then pretty much dominated most of their opponents, until FSU dominated them 42-14. Clemson is a pretty good team and I really dont think the win by FSU was a fluke. We could look at many of the top ranked teams and make an argument for weak schedules. At least to this point. Either way, as we all know, its really hard to go undefeated in College football. Anyone at this point thats undefeated, deserves a lot of respect, no matter the schedule they have had.

A South Carolina team that lost to Tennessee and should have lost to Kentucky at home? An LSU team that lost to Ole Miss and struggled with Furman? Crown them. UGA's defense was pathetic at the beginning of the season. They had a good offense, but were overrated playing in an overrated SEC. We haven't played a tough schedule but neither has FSU.

Stop with the "us" schtick. It's quite obvious from your FSU fellating on every one of your posts your an FSU troll.

Well apparently in your mind none of the above have had a decent schedule. So who has? Not the Ducks for sure, right? Maybe Sanford coming up. Alabama? Guess not, one of their biggest games is going to be against LSU, but U blew them off in post. SO Clemson, Georgia, LSU, FSU are or were all flukes - all easy schedules or soft opponents......but when we beat the gators by a few points that was the real deal. Thats crazy. I don't think we know yet who the best team is in the nation. If we beat FSU...its huge! Thats because, like it or not, FSU right now is huge. If FSU beats us and goes on undefeated in season play, they will become and will remain the only team who beat to top 10 ranked teams (#3 and #7) in the nation and remained undefeated. Hopefully if we lose tonight we will get a second shot at FSU if they continue to win and if we end strong. And of course vice versa. Go Canes

ReallY? Were you in the stands last week watching a top ten canes game against WF like I was? Or were you representing one of the 30,000 empty seats?
