I read a longer version of the story - the girl also sustained a concussion and she claims he choked her. His brother was also in the room. And he allegedly changed his story a few times. She didn't initially report it but the sister's boyfriend is an Atlanta cop and he made her go to campus police, etc. There is apparently medical records to support her story.
