Winning is when the hard part starts and the pressure cooker goes on high setting.
Let’s see how they can manage. Ryan Day hasn’t been exactly the ceo type.

At this point I really don’t care who their OC is. The most important factor is we need Sayin, Brown, and Kleinholz to all look like hot garbage in the spring. Juuuust bad enough to make Jeremiah start daydreaming about catching passes from Beck. Even if it only raises our chances from .01% to 5% I’ll take it.

He needs to be hired off into the NFL if you guys ever wanna see us landing elite South FL WR's ever again.

Unfortunately, he might just be one of those ****head Corches like Lames Broley, that can't really do anything besides recruit.

And if that's the case, he's gonna stay with OH ST for a very long time...

I don’t think he will do well as the OC so should be interesting to see how he handles getting demoted at the end of next season.

Correction, new highest paid in the NFL Raiders’ OC

I wonder if his offense has evolved since his last go-round. NFL DCs pretty much figured out his offense depending on the position of the TE, lol.

Here's an excerpt on Kelly after he was fired by the Eagles and before he was hired (and failed miserably) by the 9ers:

"A great drive, but the alignment of the tight end and running back gives away the play: If the tight end and running back lined up on opposite sides of the line, Kelly’s team ran a sweep toward the tight end; if they lined up on the same side, it was an inside zone away from the tight end. This giveaway hasn’t always been in Kelly’s offense, but as he phased out read-options he increasingly kept the tight end backside to block the defensive end on inside zone plays. Defensive coaches with experience against spread offenses will tell you that the tight end often gives away the play, and that has certainly become true for Kelly’s offense."
