I got this feeling Crowley May get the boot with all the top notch kids getting back in contact with us. If we’re taking 2 and McIntosh is a lock that doesn’t bode well for Crowley if a Saunders or Cain wants in. Imo of course.

And they took Crowley's commitment like a month ago and it was reported that the staff are really high in the kid. Would be strange if we dropped him.

If we get 3 WRs in this class, maybe we can take 3 max in Storm19. But I'd say most likely we only get 2 in 2019, ESPECIALLY if we get Ezzard in this class.

Honestly, I'd rather not get a 4th WR in 2018.

Assuming no transfers or early entries, by the time the 2019 class enrolls we would have 8 WRs as it stands and 9 if we take a fourth this year. I don't think taking 3 in 2019 is absurd even if we take 4 this year.

Exactly. The whole point of being Miami is that we should be able to roll skill players off the bench that you can't ******* handle.

Stack them 4 deep.

never said taking 3 was absurd. I'm talking likelihood.

And you say 8 (if we don't take a 4th in this class) will be on the roster but imo its actually 9, because Deejay Dallas will play whatever he's needed to play. So if we take a 4th WR in the 2018 class, that would put us at 10 returning players....which would mean we'd only want 2 more WRs....basically exactly like I said.

You're also looking at it from the 1 yr perspective. This staff clearly really likes the 2020 WR recruiting class in which we already have 3 WRs committed and are still going for another. And they are all elite wr recruits. So we can think of it the same way the LB position is being recruited. The staff clearly is only going for 1-2 max LBs in 2018, because 2019 is stacked at the position.

Lastly the best part about the 2019 class is there are so many athletes. Someone like Mark Anthony Richards is clearly a top target, but he can play RB, WR, or Safety for us. So I mean even if we take only 2 WRs we will have athletes that play multiple positions.
 
Is Payton our #1 priority at WR? Hes an animal. Speed, power, hands, elusive, jumping ability, high points ball. Hes a complete WR.
