Mike Irvin 2; lookin like he don’t really wanna be out there man, smh. His posture and a quick scene where he appears to roll his eyes says a lot. I’ll be surprised if he ever does anything here...
I get Hassan Whiteside vibes from Michael Irvin II.
Not confident in either of them when it comes to catching or blocking anymore. smh

I wanna smoke w Hartley to calm that Lil **** down. Lol. Phone was vibrating the entire time he was talking. Lol.

But on the real, that was solid coaching and reassurance. He connects.

Hartley will have the same Career path as Doc. Expect Hartley to be with Richt for as long as Richt is in Miami.

Agreed. He may leave one day but It’s going to take a OC or HC job to get him to go. What most people don’t realize when he turned down UGA is that not only is he an alum but both he and wifey are born and raised in Georgia. All their peoples are still back there but they love it here, as do their young kids. They love that CMR is really family oriented. The coaches work their tail off and sometimes they can’t make it to all of their kids events, but CMR takes their family obligations into consideration when planning schedules and gives them a lot of leeway to be a parent. Not every HC is going to do that.

Wow! It’s amazing how you reviewed this short film and came up with the above analysis! The kid is learning a new position and how to carry the extra weight too. He will be fine with more reps!

What? Irvin has been a TE since he's been here.

And I mean, it's not really bashing the kid when it's public knowledge and the coaches themselves have said he's needs to step up his effort.

Irvin could be a solid TE if he had Herndon's work ethic. So far that hasn't happened. Hopefully the competition from Mallory and Brevin gets him to step it up, otherwise he won't be getting reps, he'll be 3rd string

I came across this article on Doc Holliday, the Marshall HC.
Interesting read on his connections to soFla, but article also mentioned Hartley who
was a coach in that program when the article was written.

Doc's Longevity the Super Glue in Herd's Recruiting

Great read. Lots of old recruiting names from the day - John Browning, Ben Hanks, et al. There were others not mentioned there - Kantroy Barber comes to mind (WVU).

Remember when at the last second South Dade's Osa Nosa spurned UM in favor of WVU because of grades?
That was a big disappointment for us on signing day.
He was a bust for them.

Nosa was **** near in tears at his signing day. Wanted to be here. He and Sheven Marshall were suppose to come here.

Irvin actually look solid there. When your getting coached like that it means you have talent..when the coach doesn't talk to you it means their done. Irving will be our starter against leu. His eye roll was likely frustration in himself. A lot of y'all have never played the sport at close to the level. My posture was wayyyy worse than irving in practice and i was a starter..quite frankly i didn't gear up until the team portion of practice. He isn't at the level of herndon and njoku..but he isn't a bum like has been said. He's a tweener wr that never played inline in high school..even at sta..and came in with a bad body surprisingly and has filled out a bit. He looks a bit trim in that film. The coaches have been using the psychology and the media as a motivational ploy in all honesty for him.
