For those of you paying attention, overall do you see the difference in highlights from the caliber of online recruits we were going after before and the ones were after now? Just watch the first snap with this kid and you see how he makes contact and desecrates his man till he's like 15 yards down the field... These boys have a nasty side now. Hence why we're going after kids for lineman that come from that background of big *** corn fed boys. It seems crazy that having a nasty streak isn’t (wasn’t) a requisite box to check. How you gonna have a line that doesn’t want to kick the *** of the dude across from him, not just stand in his way.
 
One of the best interior OL prospects I have ever seen. Highlight film doesn’t do him justice, he dominates people almost every snap all game long. Strong, balanced, explosive, agile, smart, tenacious, extremely high floor. Drives to DFW from Odessa to work with OL specialists very frequently, huge “want-to”. Plenty big for guard but looked awesome playing center some last year too.

Well as an O-lineman he will receive 500k in NIL money at UT. And that is before TAM gets involved.

Texas high school football is a different beast altogether. Went to a game in DeSoto, Texas (south Dallas) and couldn't believe the facilities. Not only that but they had big marching bands, jam packed stadium and the teams were well coached. They were running the spread with no huddle with flash cards back then too. This was fall of 2007 or 2008.
