I don't think the timing of the offers is the end all be all necessarily. Recruits use schools as backup plans and schools use recruits as backup plans, its all in the game. I'm just saying it's a little silly to be getting all mad and saying he should have his offer pulled because he hasn't committed to Miami yet when he's been a backup plan for Miami all this time. He might still end up at Miami but why doesn't he owe it to himself to see other schools? It's not like he's been committed to Miami and they've been riding with him all this time. WVU fans have more reason to be upset.

You can't teach speed and Harley has game changing speed.

Why do people keep saying "you can't teach speed"? That is literally the job of track and field coaches. Speed is teachable because proper running is all about technique and putting in the work at practice.

The fastest dude in the hood ain't beating the slowest guy on a D1 track team without being trained.

Bruh, a track coach or a speed coach can help a person reach his/her genetic potential, but that's it. If you don't have the genetics to run fast, you will never run fast no matter how much training you do. Rich Eisen can train year round with Usain Bolt's coach, and he still won't be able to beat BJ Raji in a sprint.

Parrish was listed as 5'9" 170 as a Junior at Miami, and 5'9" 3/4 170 at the combine. I am virtually certain he came in at under 5'9 around 160.

Sinorice Moss was listed at 5'8" and 163 lbs coming out of high school. He put on 10-15 pounds by his senior year.

If Harley can deliver between Sinorice and Roscoe, he'll take a lot of safety coverage pressure off Richards (and Cager, Mullins, Berrios).
