One other thing, the NoVA coaches do a lousy job promoting their kids. Much more reactive than proactive. A lot of kids, and I mean a lot end up in FCS or Division 2. Zavala is a good example of a kid who had more upside, but you could see it if you were looking.

Gaithersburg is Montgomery County by Rockville in between there and Germantown.

The one in Upper Marlboro is PG County which @gogeta4 has mentioned.

St. Frances is in Baltimore which is not DC though they aren’t so far. That school has been producing a lot of football players.

This one is in my targeted area for us ...upper marlboro is basically DC.

But the offers they sent out in Baltimore is big as thats a power house programa nd they play good football also. St frances is **** near like an STA for that area.

Wow aint know you up there i got some of my boys coaching at hs up there. The HC at Phoebus High School is my homie, and got my dawg at Hampton High.

Oscar Smith produces players to....if ya nephew ever wanna go out to those other 2 schools link me. lol
 
If you’re having the OT from Leesburg on there, you need to add Rohan’s nephew as well to the ‘24 list. Can just make this a DMV thread as neither are close to the 757 but will add more guys.

The problem is you already have a few big time programs cherry picking. And then is it really worth it to devote a bunch of staff resources to get into an area that isn’t deep in Tier I recruits, and we wouldn’t be interested in the Tier II recruits?

It might not have that stretch in the mid 2000s-2010s where it was 1-2 5 stars plus a bunch of 4 stars every year coming out but there’s still going to be a good amount of P5 guys each year from the area with a few being top 150 players in the nation.

The 2025 DE we offered recently from the 757 seems like a big time kid, and especially now that Dre Bly left UNC, there’s a chance to get into the area, the nearest program besides UNC is Clemson, or Penn state

Penn State eats there...Clemson aint going too tough there...

with Bly gone NOW WOULD Be the time to plant a flag. We already seemed to do so in Louisiana...its there for the taking...

i tried to sell them on my boys son last class i dont think they even checked..he committed to Pitt so we would be playing against him...from Newport News.
