1st 3 GT drives they handed us our lunch. The last 2 GT drives we got stops when we needed them most.
Remember this is a funky offense and all it takes is one guy on the front 7 missing an assignment and a 2 yard gain turns into a 6-10 yard game.

On the flip side Morris, aside from that int was perfect in the first half and Duke, aside from that fumble is gashing that GT defense.

I still have no idea how Renfrow was a 2nd string JAG for Virginia when he was able to plug the B gap, take out the read guy, and then tackle the qb for a 1 yard gain on one play, one drive after causing a fumble.

Dude could play for the JAGuars right now.

Yeah one good play. He also screwed up his assignment twice and blew a tackle on their last drive.

Two game changing plays actually. But I didn't see the blown assignments, so I'll take your word for it. Late to the stream.

In all honesty that's one of the worst things you can do against option.

No frio needs to step it up...and do some diff stuff...obviously his first game plan aint work.......we need to send more guys up in that b gap....slant the dline.,...do something other than remain stationary and allow their qb to know where our guys are.

I'm sorry but you don't just "do some diff stuff" against option. They've prepared all week to stop it. Coach D and Golden have never lost to Paul Johnson. Kids just need to DO THEIR JOB better.....way better. It's simple assignment football. Oh yeah......tackle high.

The defense is doing its job but is getting out numbered on the pitch. The safeties have way too much ground to cover because Tech's receivers are either running them off or catching them with blocks before they can get to the alley. It will be interesting to see whether or not coach D plays more cover 2 where the corners will have force instead of the safeties. If that happens the safeties will be responsible for deep halves. Question is whether or not KC and AJ have the range to perform back there.

Looks more like our lb's are overreacting to the inside leaving them a step slow to the outside.

Not sure changing up assignments at halftime would be very smart......they looked ******* lost enough in the first half. Can't imagine switching up assignments mid-stream.....pretty sure we'd be the ones confused, not GT.

Thank god for justin renfrow.

He doesn't make that forced fumble and it could have very well been 24-7. That shifted momentum heavily. Props to golden on the waiver wire transactions

Whoever has the QB needs to drill his *** without hesitation. Figure out a better way to play force on the perimeter.

We are slow playing QB....that hasn't worked very well so far. Maybe attack QB and force pitch quicker for more chance at forcing turnovers.
