Like I said, as long as we get Nesta, I'm okay with this DT class.
To me there isn't much of a difference in Briggs and Chatman. But the staff imo clearly wanted Briggs over Chatman, so I'd count that as a recruiting loss, even though the kid seemed going to FSU all along.
The big question is do we actually have a chance at Coburn? If we get Coburn this is an elite DT haul. **** we can still get Miller too, cause that kid looks surprisingly good. How he went this long without getting noticed is crazy. He should be high 3 to low 4 star player at the least.
IF we finished with Nesta, Chatman, and Miller because that seems the most likely, thats a class I'm satisfied with. Nesta legit, was our most important recruit this year. So as long as we got him, this DT haul was going to be solid.
And I hope Chatfield picks us and he can be like Toolbox. I'm not that big of a fan of him either, but I think he was worthy of a spot, purely because his production was great. We'll see how it goes with him, but I don't think he'd make a huge impact for us anyways. We need our DE recruiting to be elite next year.
