I hope so. Al said in his end of the year wrap up we would be taking a punter/kicker next year not this year and this was a good opportunity for a walk on to step up.

In Goudis one punt this year against GT, when Botts got hurt, his punt was awful. But that was one punt when you didnt expect to get in the game.

Thompson is rehabbing and still on his baseball scholarship. Why anybody is even mentioning his name is beyond strange. Also, I don't care how good Thompson is, if he doesn't get in the playbook and get some reps then his time at QB is over before it's even begun.

Goudis was shirted in 2011. He was a RS Freshman when he made that one punt.

I got faith in Goudis being able pull off both Kicking and Punting. Golden is an absolute stud of a ST coach.
