I weren’t their but I did have my dinner eskape one time win I wuz grillin a dang snappin turtel. I tole Skeet ta tape hiz mouf/ beek shut. I went ta grab dat big fella and he rared bak an went fer my trigger fanger. Well u no iffin I lose dat I mite az well kwit da bizness. So I stuck my Buck nife thru hiz throat an ended da thret.

We don't have big snappers down here. The old timers used to eat the soft shells, but the idea of eating a turtle creeps me out. I did see this one back when I worked in the office.
