PA, Can you do a comparison of Dillard with AJ Turman? For some reason, i have the two of them as comparable backs in my mind.

just based on their clips, Turman is a much better looking back than Dillard

Dillard gonna suprise some folks

I saw him play against Manatee they stuffed him pretty well. Didn't look real fast or strong, i think he red shirts unless something bad happens.

Things could change if he works real hard.

Don't know much about Dillard, but I think he is coming in as a specialist. I don't think the coaches have expectations of him ever being a main ball carrier or an every down back. I think he is a compliment to Duke. He hits the hole hard and has great burst and size.

We shall see

Not to mention Manatee was state champs last year

+1. Dillard has the size but he's not a true power back - at least not yet. His pad level and running style aren't ideal for that role.
