Weakest Canes draft in decades, no? Can't recall a time when we had no one taken before round 5, and so few guys taken total.

This draft is reflective of the players we recruited and the lack of coaching and the players not taking care of business. McGee and Mike James, who should be drafted, are exceptions.

My only consolation so far is that no one from Nebraska has been drafted. It's bad enough watching all the kids from our other hated rivals get snapped up.

And Brandon, congratulations for hanging in there and getting to the NFL. Outstanding job.
