Lance Reddick. Great actor who really almost did not have to speak. He acted with that intimidating glare and steely eyes. Lt. Daniels on The Wire, Chief Irving on Bosch were my fave roles of his.

Yeah, he was revealed as sort of a conniving politician at heart but ... even hardheaded Bosch had to agree he was often more correct than not in his "big picture' assessments/decisions. For anyone openly upwardly mobile in the LAPD, the politics involved were truly a jungle to navigate. Made for some complex and interesting TV.
