We're not surprising anyone. We'll be the preseason favorites to win the Coastal, and we may even be favored to win the ACC. Our over/under on wins will probably by 8.5-9. We'll have the preseason All ACC QB and a Heisman hopeful in our backfield.

Well, look at it this way. Barring catastrophe, we have no where to go but up on defense. If Porter stays, and with another 8 months in the weight room with our young guys, we should make huge strides defensively. Moreover, the team will have a much better grasp of our defensive scheme. On top of that, I challenge anyone to show me a team next year that has more potential on offense than we do. I mean, I can actually say with a straight face that UM may have the most potent offense in the country next year. Think about that. After all these years of sh*t, we are on the verge of having one the most exciting teams in college football. I couldn't be happier...but that's because I have reasonable expectations.

I'm with ya! For the first time in a while, we have more answers about our team than questions. I think our offense is set. We need some upgrades on defense but I think coach has a plan for that. We will enter fall camp as one of the 2 or 3 most talented teams in the ACC. If we can get one key road win and handle our business at home, 2013 could be special and really set the tone for 2014!

We played three teams that at one time were ranked #1 - and got our asses stomped.

But. We have some kids who KNOW what they will have to play like to get to the top.

And now I hear that our team is really excited and working hard for next year.

Because once YOU KNOW what a top level football team plays like - you can get to work.
