I didnt miss sitting in person and watch ga tech beat us running 4 plays all game though.A whole field goal per game. Murray State, Buffalo, and UMass tend to help a stat like that. But maybe you missed them letting South Carolina’s freshman march downfield at will in under a minute to lose the game.
Free Pass U!whos in charge of the roster? blame him....it aint hard
Why play upperclassmen who make the same mistakes? It’s illogicalAgreed. It was part of the Mark Denofrio philosophy for defensive failure. And yes, I know the kids will make mistakes, but get them out of the way and build for next year, when Cam will be gone and the schedule will be tougher.
Pointing to scoring defense as why the defense is good is not convincingYes, it is. Check this out. Missouri #25 scoring defense, and Miami (Fla) #57
Good for you. That has nothing to do with Missouri.I didnt miss sitting in person and watch ga tech beat us running 4 plays all game though.
Because there are coaches in America that just fix all their weaknesses every year.whos in charge of the roster? blame him....it aint hard
This is such a lazy take. But predictable.
It's on the coaches because coaches are responsible for the talents on the roster. I would say historically bad seasons on D tend to go to the coaches. If it’s always “on the coaches”, the best coaches would never, ever have weaknesses anywhere on their team. But that doesn’t happen.
D'Onofro 15 and Manny 16 is the easiest rebuttal. Or CMR vs Golden. However you want to formulate the blame. Same players, radically different outcomes on D.No one takes mediocre talent and just fixes it like we’re playing a video game.
Had his best game against tech. Not including the big hit.I like Moten the most of that group and he plays by far the least
Why waste time say lot word when few word do trick?

I also feel like the refs played too much into the crowd they were begging for numerous targeting calls.Still salty about that targeting
It was one of those unfortunate circumstances ones like even if a dude that big tries to hit him from the side his head is still gonna hit him high
Popping that dudes bonnet off was amazing
Absolutely agreed. It was one of those that just looked so bad they called it kind of thingsI also feel like the refs played too much into the crowd they were begging for numerous targeting calls.
The cupboard was bare when he got here, which was the broader point.
Yes , there are glaring issues but you can’t say a word who are the issues, tender feelings in play very sensitive here I’m told .Glaring issues? This is news to me someone call the NYT.
I think after the third time for targeting stoppage they were like **** it. Out of the 3 that looked the least like targeting (going of their arbitrary rule of it).Absolutely agreed. It was one of those that just looked so bad they called it kind of things
Annoying but that **** does happen quite a bit
I honestly believe about half the comments and takes on this board are from dudes who only really know football from videos games and are literally expecting EA Sports results. No one takes mediocre talent and just fixes it like we’re playing a video game.
Saying that a coach who is getting paid 10 mil a year and is in year 3 already is not at fault for the defense being booty juice is a very lazy take. This is such a lazy take. But predictable.
